Clients participate in the same group content as our inpatient clients, however the Outpatient Program offers the client the flexibility to return home after the program completes at the end of the day.
The program hours run Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm.
There is no fee for the Outpatient Program and Lunch is provided.
• 13-Week Program: Includes participation in psychoeducational groups and community 12-Step meetings and Family Counselling Program. No EAGLE or CROW program
• 4-Week Condensed Program: Focuses on 12 steps (no Family Counselling Program or CROW/EAGLE program)
• Both outpatient options are free of charge and open to all
ADMISSION PROCESS
Complete the application form along with the medical available on our website. Applications can also be picked up at the facility or faxed upon request. Completed forms can be faxed to: (403) 261-7945. Sunrise Healing Lodge Society reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone we deem not appropriate for our programs. ADMISSION CRITERIA
– Must be 18 years of age.
– Clients can self-refer.
– Must be free of alcohol, drugs and gambling for a minimum of 72 hours.
– Must be 4 weeks stable on any mood-altering medications before starting treatment (New mood medication during treatment is not permitted, see our banned medications list).
– It is a co-ed facility. No relationships or couples are allowed.
– Family members cannot be in treatment at the same time.
– No use of drugs, alcohol, or gambling is permitted while attending treatment.
